Recorded at the Hammersmith Odeon back in the late 70's, it's like the compare at the beginning of side one says 'This is the music of the hour, the music of the minute, were talking there's never been anything like it..' This record has it all. The band hurtles through a myriad of music styles from cool salsa to full on punk and hey, even the drum solo is worth listening to!! Most notable for the raw power of 'Mondo Bondage' and the apocalyptic version of 'White Punks On Dope'. At that point in time there was now no-one the planet that could equal them for sheer energy and drive. I saw them not too long ago at the Shepherd's Bush Empire and they can still kick ass with the best of them. I must stop now as I need to wipe the saliva from my chin…
